Fall reading guide- starts september 14th

You may have already heard that Pastor Tim MacIntosh will be starting a new series this Fall walking through John's Gospel. But did you know that he's also written a book? It's true!

If you would like to dig a little deeper into the upcoming Sunday messages, Tim has created a daily reading guide to accompany the book. The reading guide will be available for free for pick-up on Sunday or available below! To purchase the book, you can do so on a Sunday morning for a special, reduced, price of $20 (via cash or e-transfer) or you can order it through any of the links listed on Tim's website here (including kindle options). 

Again, this is entirely optional—you won't be lost on Sunday! But if you have a small group to read with, or you want something new for your daily devotionals, we encourage you to dive into this! 

august all-ages sundays

Every Sunday in August we will be all together in the sanctuary for the whole morning (no separate kids service)—we call these our “All Ages Sundays”! There will be special sermon notes, markers, and activities for all our young family members (and for our older ones too if you like)! We can't wait to see you all there! 

Yarrow Youth: September 5th & 19th at 6PM

Exciting news: a few of the churches in Yarrow have come together to create a collaborative youth group! They'll be starting off with two trial days in September and then a dinner event in October (more details to come on that). 

Join other Yarrow teens (grades 7-12) for worship, a short message, small groups, and games at Yarrow MB (41995 Yarrow Central Rd.) from 6-9PM.

yac fall men’s retreat: september 19th-21st

This year the mens retreat will be hosted by the Falk Family at Green Lake. (70 Mile House). There are various accommodations with bedrooms, washrooms, RV, and tenting spaces. Activities include kayaking, swimming, fishing, quadding, hiking, cross bow, and more! Price is $100/person and sign-up is at the back of the room on the clipboard on the brown cabinet. Women's Hiking Group

A group for female intermediate hikers interested in getting together once a month to enjoy the mountains of Chilliwack! Group is open to attendees and friends of attendees of Yarrow Alliance Church.
