YAC Connections Soup Night - November 1st @ 5PM
For everyone who is about 45 or older (empty nest, or nearly so), please join us for a soup and buns dinner! This is planned for Sunday November 1 at the church foyer. Mark your calendars to arrive around 5:00, and we’ll eat at 5:30, and be all wrapped up by about 8:00.If you missed out on RSVPing for this special event, we have a few extra seats planned and would love if you still came!

Kids Christmas Party - November 20th @ 6:30
Hey kids, parents, and volunteers! On Friday November 20th at 6:30, the church is hosting a Christmas party for all those involved in children’s ministry!
We’ll be gathering in the basement to enjoy some crockpot hot chocolate, crafts, cookie decorating, and time together! There will be a sign-up sheet if you’d like to sign up to bring an appetizer or dessert, but no pressure if you can’t, please still come!
Our volunteers get to know the wonderful hearts of your kids each Sunday, but we would love a chance to get to know the parents too and further connect with the families of our church. So, mark it in your calendars and see you there!
November Budget Meeting - November 22nd @ 11:30AM
Our annual finance meeting is coming up quick! The date is set for November 22nd and we would love to see you there! At this meeting we’ll be taking a look at the budget for next year. This allows us to dream realistically about where our ministries might go!
Members especially are invited to come as we need a quorum present in order to vote on the budget. Please RSVP to info@yarrowalliance.org as light refreshments will be provided.

Men's Coffee Connection - Thursdays (Ongoing) @ 2PM
Hey fellas! What are you up to on Thursday afternoons? Why not head down to meet at Ruth's Cafe, buy a coffee, and meet up with some of the other fine fellas in this church family? This is a casual, come as you are, come as you're able, hangout session that gives you the chance to make some connections! See you there!
Weekly Men's Breakfast - Fridays (Ongoing) @ 7AM
Hey guys, join us at Ricky's for breakfast every Friday morning at 7am - 8am. Make sure you pop it in your calendar! All are welcome!
Stocking Drive for RAN Missions — November 8th to December 14th
Because it was so meaningful last year, and so successful, we are doing another stocking drive for some of the participants at Ruth & Naomi's! Starting next week, we will have paper stockings for you to replace with a real stocking full of goodies. This is our way of passing on an extra special blessing this Christmas season and we would love if you would join us!
Women's Hiking Group
A group for female intermediate hikers interested in getting together once a month to enjoy the mountains of Chilliwack! Group is open to attendees and friends of attendees of Yarrow Alliance Church.
